About Our Space

the batting cages inside the lab 406

The Lab 406 is a 4,800-square-foot indoor facility intentionally designed for movement, energy, and youth-centered experiences. Our warehouse-style space features a fully netted play area that can be transformed into four batting cages, allowing us to accommodate individual training, team practices, and private rentals with ease.
What truly sets The Lab apart is that it has been completely designed with kids in mind. The space has been thoughtfully “kid-ified” to create an environment that feels exciting, welcoming, and dynamic. From black lights that turn the facility into a high-energy dance party atmosphere, to sensory toys incorporated into Mommy & Me classes, every detail encourages exploration and engagement.
We offer tumble and athletic training equipment that allows children to build coordination, strength, and confidence through play. For birthday parties and special events, the facility transforms again — complete with bouncy houses and interactive setups that make celebrations unforgettable.
The Lab 406 proudly serves as a hub for team practices, cage rentals, classes, clinics, league nights, youth gym programs, birthday parties, and community events. While our foundation is rooted in high-level athletic training, our mission is centered on active play, movement, and youth development.

This space was built to inspire kids to move, train, celebrate, and grow — all under one roof.
